EXTENTION OF CONSTRUCTION PERMIT PERIOD

According to decision N142-N of the Council of Elders made on 14 May 2024, a privilege of 0 tariff to be applied to local duties tariffs set for the year of 2024.

For each year of extension of construction permit terms (including an incomplete year) for construction and reconstruction of state and community educational establishments under Yerevan community jurisdiction and in the administrative territory of Yerevan.

For extension of the terms for construction permits within the period from the day of suspending the permitted construction activities in the administrative territory of Yerevan because of the necessity to make changes in the design documents based on the conclusion made by the state body or the person with appropriate qualification, to the day of making appropriate changes in the design documentation.

4.2 The case of the first extension of the construction term for 3 month-period if there are no overdue liabilities towards Yerevan community at the moment of the permit term extension
