6. Case of extending the construction permit validity period once during 2026 for a period of up to 3 months, provided that as of the date of extension the applicant has no overdue monetary obligations to the Yerevan Municipality and has not obtained a permit by applying the privilege provided under Point 4.2 of Decision No. 44-N of the Yerevan City Council dated December 26, 2023, and Point 6 of Decision No. 266-N dated December 24, 2024 (Decision No. 481-N of the Yerevan City Council).

Case of first-time extension of the construction period by up to 20 percent, but not exceeding one year (Decision No. 481-N of the Yerevan City Council).

8. За каждый год (в том числе неполный) продления сроков действия разрешений на строительство новых зданий и сооружений, возводимых на административной территории города Еревана в соответствии с архитектурно-строительным проектом, утверждённым в порядке, установленном законодательством Республики Армения, к ставке местного сбора, установленной на 2026 год, применяется льгота в виде снижения ставки местного сбора на 70 процентов (в том числе в случаях, предусмотренных **частью 4.1 статьи 12 Закона «О местных сборах и платежах»), при условии, что заявитель (а в случае юридического лица — также руководитель исполнительного органа) не получил разрешение с применением льготы, предусмотренной пунктом 6 настоящего Решения, и не имеет просроченных денежных обязательств перед общиной Ереван на дату продления срока действия разрешения.
