Citizens who applied to the Municipality and got written refusal can participate in the reception of persons in charge for different spheres within a two-month period starting from the day of refusal. In order to participate in the reception, it is required to get registered in advance submitting a written application or leaving a request at the official website of Yerevan Municipality www.yerevan.am.
The reception is held in accordance with the following timetable:

14:00-16:00 – Department of Culture and Tourism, Department of Nature Protection (1, Argishti str.)
 16:00-18:00 – Division of the Programs of Special Regulation of Urban Development Activity (1, Argishti str.)
 14:00-16:00 – Department of Urban Development and Land Inspection (1/3, P.Buzand str.)
Thursday

Attention: participation in reception is impossible for those citizens whose applications:
a. were rejected for obviously justified reason,  
b. contain threats or offense addressed to anyone,
c. were submitted with violation of terms and requirements,
d. were already discussed at the reception and the case wasn’t reconsidered.
