A few months ago, Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan handed keys to new flats and certificates for flat purchase to approximately 40 families. The residents of the 10th dormitory building and building 10/1 at 4th lane Artsakh avenue, which have 4th level of emergency, now live in safe and comfortable conditions. The new flats have all modern conveniences.
Even though the community actually has no obligation to improve the housing conditions of residents, the city authorities considered the situation with the building of high emergence rate, and with the state support and in cooperation with developers undertook the important initiative to settle the problem.
