“Last Bell” Event in Yerevan Schools
The Last Bell sounded for school leavers as a symbol of a new beginning, new dreams and goals. They summed up the day with warm recollection of the school years. The “Last Bell” events also have an important significance for teachers who are entrusted the education and upbringing of the younger generations.
Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan, Deputy Mayor Levon Hovhannisyan visited the basic schools of Yerevan to wish luck to the school leavers and congratulate them on graduation.
Following the tradition formed in recent years, Yerevan Municipality organized the exhibition of the students of the only secondary art school of Yerevan – “Hakob Kojoyan” educational complex. The exhibition is held in the foyer of the City Hall as usual.
A new stage of life is opening for approximately 18 000 graduates who promised to use their education and knowledge for strengthening their homeland.
