On the event of the 2797^th anniversary of Yerevan the reception of people rendered long-year services in various spheres was organized in the City Hall during which Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan expressed his gratitude to them for the contribution to the development of the capital.

“Traditionally, on the birthday of our dear capital, within the frames of celebration we summarize what we have done this year, outline our achievements and appreciate our compatriots made their significant contributions to the achievements. We can proudly state that there are noticeable achievements. Here are the people who don’t feel satisfied with what they have done and will do their best to make our city better, more beautiful and comfortable for the residents and the guests. Today here are the representatives of the spheres of urban economy, education, culture and other fields, people thanks to everyday work of which our city is increasingly developing; people who are doing their best to preserve the warmth of our dear capital for the sake of the welfare of our 2797-year-old city. I wish all the best to your families”, stressed Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan. For the contribution and many-year activity in various spheres a number of people were awarded with medal and titles by the Mayor of Yerevan.
