Within the scope of the contract signed between Yerevan Municipality and “Sanitek” company the latter was fined AMD 26 million for improper work. Thus, the company was paid AMD 26 million less money for the services carried out in April.
It should be noted that the contract provides for penalties equal to 0.5% of the contract sum for each day of unfulfilled contractual activities and defects.
