Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan paid a working visit to the Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District to review the progress of various improvement projects underway at different locations across the district. Specifically, on Shahumyan 1st Street, illegally constructed garages were dismantled, and illegally occupied land plots were cleared. A walkway approximately 0.5 kilometers long was constructed, and the adjacent areas along the street were renovated.
The courtyards on Zoravar Andranik, Raffi, and Arno Babajanyan Streets were also reconstructed. Football fields were built, and additional green spaces developed. In 2025, a total of 11 garages and 14 illegally constructed structures have been dismantled in the Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District.
