Construction of a new park adjacent to the "Tork Angegh" statue is currently underway. Around 650 trees were planted in the recreation area today.
Just a year and a half ago, the area was cleared of unauthorized structures. Now, it is being transformed into a park of unprecedented scale and unique relief. The project includes a children’s playground, a football pitch, an outdoor workout area, and a bike path. It also features the installation of stormwater drainage, sewerage, and water supply systems, as well as an 8,000-meter irrigation network. A new outdoor lighting system has already been installed, and concrete work on the amphitheater has been completed.
