The “Animal Care Center” in Yerevan currently shelters around 100 dogs. At the center's initiative, more than 310 dogs have already found new homes.
As part of an educational program, approximately 90 children had the opportunity to interact with and care for the dogs at the center. The program also includes a social component: those who wish may adopt a dog from the center.
During the visit, participants received guidance on responsible human–pet interaction.
Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan also joined the group of children during today’s visit to the center.
