Parajanov's Art at the Heart of Yerevan
The works of the renowned Armenian filmmaker, screenwriter, painter, editor, visual artist and cinematographer Sergey Parajanov will be brought to public attention. The quadrilateral agreement marks the launch of a major initiative. The Head of the Kentron Administrative District, Petros Petoyan, the Director of the Sergey Parajanov Museum, Anahit Mikayelyan, and painters Garegin Harutyunyan and Harutyun Aghabalyan have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at raising public awareness of Parajanov’s creative heritage.
During the ceremony, officials outlined both the steps already taken and the upcoming milestones, highlighting a sustained commitment to enhancing recognition of the legendary artist’s work.
