The new park which is under construction next to Surb Sargis Church in  Nor Nork administrative district to stand out with new solutions

The construction of the new park between  Surb Sargis Church and David Bek Street in Nor Nork administrative district has reached its final stage. The recreational area includes cascading steps, a fountain pool, a children's playground, a separate dog walking area, as well as new irrigation and lighting systems. A forest area will also be created in the park.

The GIS electronic geographic information system already contains information on building permits issued to organizations working in the field of life support and on the progress of developmentl. The system will provide opportunities for electronic building permits, mapping, work progress recording, monitoring and analyzing deadlines and quality. Control over providing construction sites with the necessary equipment will be tight: they must be safe for pedestrians and traffic, in accordance with the standards set by the Council of Elders. "It is very important that everyone follows these rules and adheres to deadlines from start to finish," the Mayor emphasized.

The community must be fully prepared for the upcoming snowfalls expected on February 20. Preparatory work is currently underway at the municipal waste disposal and sanitary cleaning institution. It should be noted that, according to the procedure established by Yerevan Council of Elders, property owners are also responsible for the mandatory improvement of their properties and the adjacent common areas, as well as for clearing sidewalks of snow and ice in the winter months. In yard areas, condominiums are responsible for this.
