A new cascade complex was constructed between St. Sargis Church and Davit Bek Street in the Nor Nork administrative district. As part of the project, a playground for children, a fountain complex, and a designated dog potty area were also built. The park was equipped with a new irrigation system and an outdoor lighting network.

About 60 families living in dormitory buildings at 10 and 10/1, as well as in a nearby sports hall building—all categorized as 4th-category emergency structures and located on the 4th Lane of Artsakh Street—have been resettled through the provision of flat purchase certificates and the allocation of apartments from the existing housing fund.

The Yerevan Municipality has prepared design and estimate documents for the construction and renovation of sewer systems at 51 locations across the city.

As part of a joint program between the Yerevan Municipality and "Veolia Djur" CJSC, 13 kilometers of sanitary drains were built and renovated between 2020 and 2022. In comparison, 15 kilometers were constructed in 2024 alone, surpassing the total of the previous years. The Municipality allocated 2.8 billion drams from the community budget—an unprecedented investment and the largest allocation ever made for the city's residents.
