Renovation of cultural centers and libraries in Yerevan would be long-lasting and consistent
Within the frames of the working visit to Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, Taron Margaryan visited the cultural center of Malatia-Sebastia to familiarize himself with the process of renovation. Stressing the importance of the program, the schoolmaster noted that after finishing the renovation activities the cultural center would accept approximately 200 pupils. The persons in charge expressed confidence that the overhauled cultural center would make it possible to increase the number of children attending the center.
Yerevan Mayor stressed that the support shown by Yerevan Municipality to the sport and culture centers of the capital would be long-lasting and consistent. Accompanied by the head of the district, the Mayor also visited the centralized library complex of Malatia-Sebastia and estimated the work done.
The policy aimed at the improvement of the libraries of the capital would certainly benefit to increasing the number of the book lovers and visitors. Besides, as a result of the realization of the program the problem of storing the books has been solved completely.
Yerevan Mayor also visited the kindergartens N 70, N89 and N 97 and familiarized himself with the conditions. Yerevan Mayor in his turn assured that the program of renovation of kindergartens and their equipment with necessary furniture would be continued. Taron Margaryan also walked around the kindergarten, got acquainted with the sanitary condition and nutrition. Drawing attention to the proper organization of children’s nutrition, Taron Margaryan instructed to keep tight control over the quality of catering and to include the parents in the process.
