Sidewalks paving with concrete tiles is coming to the end in the administrative districts. The process is being carried out in two directions: the parts of pavement where the tile subsided but weren't damaged they are only re-arranged. Damaged or broken tiles are replaced with new ones. The main part of the work has been fulfilled. This year, besides central and secondary streets, yards and parks, significant attention was paid to the renovation of pedestrian walkways in Leningradyan streets and in the surroundings of Tsitsernakaberd memorial complex. The broken or damaged travertine and basalt tiles in the pavements of the streets adjacent to Republic square are to be replaced too. It is planned to finish the work by the end of October, but the program is going to be finished earlier
