During the meeting of Yerevan Council of Elders called on November 29 which was chaired by Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan, the members of the Council discussed and approved of the draft decisions on installation of the memorial boards commemorating the RA People’s Artist Ofelia Hambardzumyan, the RA Distinguished Artist Norayr Hovhannisyan, the statesman, scientist, professor Semyon Hakhumyan, the RA People’s Artist Slavik Paronyan, the academician, doctor of medicine, professor Suren Avdalbekyan and the Arm SSR Distinguished Doctor Pediatrician Isabella Davtyan.
