1520 units of machinery used in pruning of 9200 trees
Autumn tree pruning in the capital is over. During the regular working meeting it was reported that 1520 units of machinery were involved in the process of pruning of nearly 9200 trees. Taking into consideration the necessity of replacement of ill trees, Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan instructed to arrange a public discussion with the participation of relevant experts to start the professionally grounded process.

12 tons of sand and salt mixture is to be stored 6000 tons of which has already been stockpiled. The process is to be arranged from 6 storehouses in different administrative districts. All multifunctional trucks have been adjusted for snow cleaning. It is planned to involve 81 of them in snow cleaning activities.

To develop workout sport in Yerevan, special sports grounds will be built in the city. It has been instructed to carry out the process in teamwork with the federation.

The bus fleet of Yerevan is about to get replenished. The Mayor was reported that the process of recruitment of drivers is going on. 275 drivers have been shortlisted. Every Sunday a practical tour is organized for newcomers. 10 experienced drivers of “Yerevan Bus” CJSC were sent to Germany to take a refresher course.

Yerevan Mayor referred to the mansard appeared on the roof of one of the buildings in Amiryan street. The persons in charge informed that the area is privatized however the owners have no construction permission. Hrachya Sargsyan instructed to study the problem from legal view and finding interim solution to demolish the illegal construction.
