The underground passage in front of the Sports and Concert Complex named after Karen Demirchyan has undergone changes for decades: constructions of unknown purpose appeared here, unsanitary conditions appeared in the area. The passage has gradually become unsafe and unacceptable for city residents.
Some premises rented out were not used for their intended purpose.
In order to improve the underground passage, with the permission of Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan, the surface of 190 sq/m has been cleared up from all types of constructions.
The passage will be improved in accordance with the requirements and put into operation.
