The monuments of the capital have been washed
Washing of the monuments has become a traditional action of “Erebuni-Yerevan” celebration. This year this mission was gladly carried out by the volunteers of the Youth Council adjunct to Yerevan Mayor and other volunteers who washed the monuments in the parks and streets of the capital.
Technical and labour resources were also replenished by the territorial subdivisions of the Yerevan Rescue Service of the RA MTAES and the staffs of the fire brigades. During the action the monuments to Guy, Hayk Nahapet, Vardan Mamikonyan, Alexander Tamanyan, Alexander Myasnikyan, William Saroyan, Paruyr Sevak, Alexander Griboyedov, Khachatur Abovyan, Yeghishe Charents, Garegin Nazhdeh, Andranik Ozanyan, Gevorg Chaush, Aram Khachatryan, Sasuntsi David and other monuments were washed.
