Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Levon Hovhannisyan delivered welcoming remarks to the newly appointed members of the Council for Management of the Five-Year Urban Development Program and the Annual Budget adjacent to the Mayor of Yerevan and congratulated them on their appointment.
During the meeting, the members were introduced to the following draft resolutions of the Council of Elders: “On Approving Yerevan Development Program for 2026,” “On Approving Yerevan City Budget for 2026,” “On Establishing Local Tax Rates in the Yerevan Community for 2026,” “On Establishing Local Payment Rates in the Yerevan Community for 2026,” “On Establishing Exemptions from Local Payments in the Yerevan Community for 2026,” and “On Establishing Exemptions from Local Taxes in the Yerevan Community for 2026.” All draft resolutions will be submitted for public consultation.
The Council members actively participated in the discussion of the agenda items, and it was unanimously decided to put the draft resolutions forward for public consultation from November 17 to December 2, 2025, inclusive. A public hearing will take place on November 27 at 15:00.
All interested individuals and legal entities must submit their applications in person or online no later than November 26.
From November 17 to December 2, 2025, citizens may also submit their observations and suggestions online via www.yerevan.am or www.e-draft.am, by email (fin.gorc@yerevan.am), or hand them in at the Municipality.
