For the implementation of the "Cascade - Cultural Hub" architectural project, an investment of 20 billion 46 million drams will be made. An open competition for the award of the project implementation rights was held. The winner is a consortium of 4 companies, represented by "JTB Development" LLC. The project envisages the construction of the unfinished part of the "Cascade" complex, ensuring the final look of the cultural monument and linking the complex with the monument dedicated to the 50th Anniversary of Victory. The activities will be carried out based on the sketch presented by the renowned French architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte and the project derived from that sketch. A concert hall for 1000 people, a new museum of modern art, workshops, and leisure and entertainment areas will be created. All constructed buildings, equipped with relevant technical means and infrastructure, will be transferred to the community as communal property upon completion of the project. Concurrently with the reconstruction of the "Cascade" complex, the investing company will be given the opportunity to build a multifunctional complex on the right side of the "Cascade", with the project and architectural solutions provided by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, ensuring harmony between the complex and the existing and reconstructed parts of the "Cascade" and the surrounding environment. The project is planned to be fully completed within five years.

Nor Kharberd district will be fully gasified. Last week, the government approved the financing of the second phase of the project. It should be noted that the main pipeline has already been laid in the district by Yerevan Municipality. Nor Kharberd district, with a population of more than 10,000 people, has about 6,500 households. The financing will solve the connection issues. As part of the project, 2 new gas distribution systems will also be built in Yerevan. The new network will meet the entire consumer demand in potential development areas in the administrative districts of Nor Nork, Nork-Marash, Erebuni, and Shengavit.

This year, the "Veolia Water" company will invest about 5 billion drams in the modernization of infrastructure in various districts of Yerevan. The construction project of the "Ajapnyak" metro station in Yerevan will undergo a comprehensive examination: the project and estimate documentation package is ready. The community is also considering the project of complete reconstruction of "Victory" park. Currently, existing rental agreements are being reviewed, most of which expire in March. A tennis academy with 6 open and 4 closed courts will be established in the area adjacent to the park.
