The issues related to working out the bill for Yerevan “Small Centre” construction development were discussed during the meeting of Yerevan Deputy Mayor Tigran Avinyan with the Chairman of the Urban Development Committee Armen Ghularyan. The goal of the project is to preserve the architectural look of the small centre of Yerevan in parallel with proportional development of the capital. Attaching importance to the bill, Deputy Mayor Avinyan outlined that it should be a comprehensive document which will regulate the construction development of the centre.
The Chairman of the Urban Development Committee Armen Ghularyan in his turn noted that the conception will make it possible to fix the unity of the architectural look, the conditions of urban development activity resulting from the features of the small centre and to set firm norms.
