Mayor Tigran Avinyan Awarded Medical Professionals of Yerevan
On the occasion of Medical Worker’s Day, Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan presented awards to employees from various medical institutions across the capital. For the second consecutive year, the Yerevan Municipality has formally expressed its deep appreciation for the invaluable service of the city’s healthcare professionals.
The Mayor emphasized the vital role of medical workers, noting that it is through their diligent, complex, and responsible work that countless lives are saved. In his congratulatory message, Mayor Avinyan stated:
“This marks the second year that the Yerevan Municipality is recognizing the exceptional contributions of our city’s doctors, and I am pleased to see this initiative evolving into a meaningful tradition, a tradition born of sincere gratitude and now a day of respect and recognition.
The profession of a doctor is far from ordinary. Each day, you stand beside individuals during their most difficult and vulnerable moments. Through your unwavering commitment, you restore health and, in many cases, save lives.
These awards, though symbolic, cannot fully convey the depth of our respect for your work. They are a reminder that your dedication is deeply appreciated, and that your service is truly valued by our city.”
