During the regular working conference in the Municipality of Yerevan the Mayor of the capital Taron Margaryan was reported that as a result of the permanent control over preventing illegal construction and land occupation and elimination of concequences, 6 cases of undetermined construction had been revealed the previous week regarding which disciplinary records had been drawn up. In 2 locations the illegal constructions have been dismantle. 6 cases of breaking the terms of building sites organizations were revealed as well. The Mayor instructed to go on keeping the process under strict control.
It was reported thatdue to joint activities with the Road police public transport operation is under supervision. As a result 89 records on administrative violations were revealed last week. Mayor Taron Margaryan instructed to go on the inspections jointly with the Road police and to tighten the supervision.
Last week 69 administrative records were drawn up for waste dumping in undetermined spots. The persons in charge and the heads of the administrative districts were assigned to set special supervision over the implementation of the records.
“Within the last month 305 records on disciplinary violations were drawn up concerning people dumping wastes in the places not provided for it. Having analysed the records we see that only 24 fines were applied in this period which is merely unacceptable. Be consistent and setparticularly tight supervision over the implementation of the records. The reports on the work done are to be presentedweekly”, said Taron Margaryan.
Referring to illegalstreet trade prevention the head of the Department of Trade and Service reported that the previous week 15records had been drawn up.
Concerning the phone calls received by the hot lines operating in corresponding subdivisions of the Municipality of Yerevan and in the staffs of the heads of the administrative districts it was reported that the previous week 221 phone calls had been received. 184 issues were given solutions the rest ones are being processed.
The head of the Department of Foreign Relations reporteed that the schedule of cooperation between the administrative districts of Yerevan with the provinces of the RA and the districts of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic for 2015 are already ready.
Regarding the events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian genocide it was reported that the main program of events had already been prepared. Educational and cultural establishments subordinated the Municipality of Yerevan are going to take active part in the events. The Mayor instructed to convene a conference with the participation of the persons in charge and discuss all the organizational issues and proposals once more.
