Illegal buildings that have no relevant permissions and legal requirements were constructed in Yerevan for many years. Such buildings have been problems not only for their actual managers but also for Yerevan up to now. During the regular working meeting Mayor Tigran Avinyan informed that Yerevan Municipality carries out lots of studies and makes decisions related to the illegal constructions that had been registered before January 1, 2021.
According to the Mayor, some mediator organizations can appear in this process and attribute the solution of this problem to themselves. The Mayor addressed the citizens and urged them not to believe such offers, and the mentioned above organizations have no influence and can’t have influence on these decisions. He urged townspeople to update their applications if they had those and be sure that Yerevan Municipality would consider all the issues and make appropriate relations.

A new stadium with prefabricated constructions is planned in Yerevan. The community cooperates with international partners and consults with experts to implement the project. The new stadium will meet international standards and host more than 1000 spectators which will make it possible to hold trainings in many sport disciplines and big international tournaments.

  After the medium renovation, a new street marking will be carried out with thermoplastic.  The process starts today in Nor Nork administrative district.

The municipal company “Waste removal and sanitary cleaning in Yerevan” will be replenished with 8 new units of machinery. Four trash removing trucks are already in Yerevan and after getting technical examination, they will put into operation.
