Book Fest in Yerevan
At the initiative of Yerevan Municipality, the Day of Book was marked at Charles Aznavour square with an open-air book fair.
10 publishing houses presented their recently published literature in 10 pavilions. The books were sold at specially discounted prices.
In the poetry corner popular actors were reciting poems by contemporary and famous authors. An open-air library was organized as well.
The Yerevan Marionette Theatre prepared performances for kids. Besides, fairytales reading, watching cartoons were arranged in the open-air cinema.
The concert program involved performances of “Nemra”, “Katil” and “Tmbata” groups.
