The Armenian Association of Internal Medicine has become a full and equal member of the European Association. From March 5 to 8, a delegation from the Yerevan Municipality’s Department of Health participated in the European Association's congress, joining members of the Armenian Association of Internal Medicine. During the visit, members of the Yerevan delegation engaged with organizers and partners, fostering new opportunities for collaboration.
From May 15 to 17, with the support of the Health Department, the Associations of Internal Medicine and Family Physicians organized an international conference in Yerevan titled “The Main Issues of Internal and Family Medicine.” Yerevan Deputy Mayor Sargis Madatyan and Head of the Health Department Davit Karapetyan welcomed the participants of the conference. They highlighted the educational value of these cooperative initiatives, noting their important role in helping participants acquire and apply new knowledge and skills. 
International participants were awarded certificates of appreciation.
