Movement of 13 of 65 itineraries of Yerevan is available on Yandex and Yandex Go maps
Yerevan residents can already see real-time movement of itineraries number 7,18,23 and 31 via Yandex and Yandex Go maps as appropriate equipment has been installed on the buses servicing these itineraries. During the regular working meeting it was reported that movement of 13 of 65 itineraries in Yerevan is available online. In a few days, information about eight more itineraries – 97,56,99,30,28,50,51,52- will be available via mobile apps.

It is planned to have in Yerevan smart public transport stops. The activities are going on: the project is under consideration, and it can be realized within the frames of the community-private sector cooperation, or solely by means of the community budget.

During the last two weeks illegal 142 external advertisement boards were dismantled. The Council of Elders set new standards to regulate the sphere.

The city’s greenhouse arboretum will be expanded. Instead of the previous 5 hectares of open ground the surface increased up to 10 ha due to the activities carried out this spring. Drip irrigation systems will be installed, and a new greenhouse will be built.

Starting from today, the process of replenishing the number of valuable sorts of trees in the capital has been initiated. The program starts from Mashtots avenue. Autumn tree pruning starts on November 1.

To regulate the heavy traffic in the capital city, Yerevan Municipality has planned several solutions in teamwork with the Road Police. The process is to be continued next year as well.

Paid extended day service at kindergartens is already available in nearly 60% of Yerevan’s preschools. Almost 1000 kids already make use of this program. Taking into account the importance of the problem raised particularly raised by working parents, it was instructed to consider other pre-schools as well if necessary.
