Employees of Yerevan Municipality "Animal Care Center" State Non-Commercial Organization (SNCO) have recently been in Gyumri to assist the community in addressing the issue of stray dogs.
The SNCO is implementing a comprehensive program, which includes animal sterilization and rabies vaccination. The Gyumri Municipality excludes the culling of animals and is ready to continue this program in collaboration with specialists in the field.
