A new digital solution has been rolled out by the “Yerevan Traffic Management Center” and “Yerevan Bus” CJSC to enhance real-time communication between dispatchers and drivers, as well as to increase oversight of compliance with public transport schedules. As part of the pilot program, electronic devices have been installed in 15 buses, enabling drivers to communicate with dispatchers, receive instructions, and provide necessary information.
