Quality of services and financial condition of Yerevan "Ambulance" company significantly improved: Tigran Avinyan
Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan visited the company "Ambulance", got acquainted with the status of ongoing reforms, existing problems, and interacted with the employees.
A new mobile application installed in the service allows the company staff to fill out ambulance and emergency medical care call sheets electronically and upload patient data into a single system. The service staff has a new uniform, and calls are serviced 100% - no delays or missed calls.
Thanks to effective management, the company began to operate at a profit, which will allow not only to re-equip the vehicle fleet at the company's own expense, but also to meet the necessary needs.
In June 2023, the company "Ambulance" had a deficit of 75 million drams, and this year the company has a surplus of about the same amount.
