As summer approaches, Yerevan Zoo is making every effort to ensure visitors can enjoy seeing their favorite animals in upgraded conditions.
Alba. the white tiger, will soon move into a new enclosure, and the hippo, Typhoon, will have a more spacious and comfortable pool and enclosure. The zebras are already settled into the enclosure built last year, while their former space will now house the red deer.  The new enclosure and winter shelter for African wild dogs, designed to meet all modern standards is also completely ready.
Additionally, the public restrooms are undergoing renovations, and construction is underway for a new walking path and aviary. All wooden and metal structures are being repaired, polished, and freshly painted. The zoo is also modernizing its technical equipment. On top of that, Yerevan Zoo will soon unveil a brand-new logo, and all promotional materials are being updated to reflect the change.
