By decision of Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan, a metal structure built without legal permission or land use rights was dismantled. The structure had been illegally placed on a land plot belonging to the Yerevan community, adjacent to 24 Saryan Street, Kentron administrative district.
By another decision of the Mayor, an unauthorized building was also demolished in the Arabkir administrative district. It had been constructed without the necessary permits or land rights on community-owned land at 47/3 Mamikonyants Street.
The city continues to carry out demolition works to remove illegally constructed buildings across Yerevan.
