Today, students from basic school No. 55 after Chekhov visit Mayor of Yerevan
As part of the Book Giving Day celebrations, the Mayor of Yerevan hosted students from Chekhov School No. 55. Accompanied by Tigran Avinyan, the teenagers toured the City Hall, visited the assembly and conference rooms, and learned about the activities of Yerevan Council of Elders and the Mayor's office. Speaking about the ongoing initiatives in Yerevan, Mayor Avinyan familiarized the students with the newly implemented electronic Geographic Information System (GIS), which offers great opportunities for city management, information digitization, and enhancing the services provided to Yerevan residents. The Mayor also emphasized the importance of the "Active Citizen" mobile app for identifying and addressing issues. Mayor Avinyan answered the students' questions and listened to their suggestions.
