Yerevan Mayor takes part in “Yerevan Tech Forum”
Yerevan Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan participated in “Yerevan Tech Forum 2022”. The aim of the initiative is to bring together companies and professionals in tech sphere to discuss threats and challenges of the rapidly changing world and to find solutions to them.
Greeting the participants of the forum, the Mayor stressed the importance of using new techs in various spheres of the city economy. Hrachya
Sargsyan presented a number of smart solutions applied in the city and outlined that the city authorities are taking steps to develop such solutions particularly in the field of transport.
The opportunity of developing Yerevan as the capital of the new tech cluster was discussed during the forum as well.
25 local and foreign speakers, 30 companies and more than interested individuals took part in the forum.
Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan toured about the pavilions of the forum, talked to the participants, discussed a number of tech-related issues.
