20th International Contest after Aram Khachatryan Starts with Yerevan Municipality Support
For two decades Khachatryan’s art has been paving the way for thousands of young musicians. The 20th International Contest after A.Khachatryan has started in Yerevan. The main supporter of the jubilee event is Yerevan Municipality.
This year Yerevan hosts 20 violinists from 13 countries. Although the number of violinists who wish to participate in the contest is increasing from year to year, not all of them are selected.
This musical event organized by “Aram Khachatryan” cultural foundation has an important significance not only among international contests but also from the point of view of popularization of Armenian art and culture.
The contest will be over on June 13, opening a new page for young musicians.
