This June is rich in exclusive cultural events. In autumn there will many open-air projects and new initiatives as well. Mayor Tigran Avinyan stressed that Yerevan will carry on enriching the cultural life of the city presenting high art to residents and guests of the capital.

The processes of repairing asphalt covers and elevating the levels of manholes is going on in the city. Repairing of the middle layer covering will be replaced from Nor Nork to other administrative districts, crack filling process will be continued as well. A new tender with new technical assignment will be announced.

New signs with the numbers of buildings and names of streets will be installed on the blocks of flats in the city. A unified approach will be used with street signs with the information about the streets.

The special machinery and employees of the “Waste removal and sanitary cleaning” community company were involved in cleaning and restoration activities carried out after the flooding in Alaverdi. It was reported that some zones were separated where the area must be cleaned from silt, and the garbage piled in the river must be removed.

The number of phone calls received at “Call service and support” division of Yerevan Municipality has significantly decreased, and the number of cases when the service is provided after the first phone call is increased. Mayor Tigran Avinyan instructed to keep under control the process of timely response both to phone calls and the problems raised by residents via “Active Citizen” app.
