The meeting related to the methodology of the Municipality transparency and accountability assessment was held in the City Hall. The representatives of relevant departments of the municipality staff and the “Transparency International Anti-Corruption Centre” as well as the representatives of the leading staff of the  USAID-funded “Integrity in Armenia” project.
During the discussion those present referred to the transparency, accountability of the functions performed by Yerevan Municipality and the actions implemented in the context of good governance. Particular importance was attached to effective governance and the goal of the project which is to increase the awareness of the level of transparency and accountability at Yerevan Municipality. 15 spheres of Yerevan Municipality will be considered and studied from the point of view of transparency and accountability of the activity.
