I felt deep sorrow to hear about the RA People’s Artist, Honorary Citizen of Yerevan Rafael Kotanjyan’s passing away. Rafael Kotanjyan was a great figure in theatre and cinema art, an actor, whose unique roles and peculiar charm made him popular in Armenia and beyond. Being a great intellectual, honest and patriotic, he conveyed special colours to Yerevan due to his life, approaches and deeds.
