The reconstruction was fulfilled by means of the Vardanyan family which spent USD 5 million 300 thousand to create this brand new park for the city. Accompanied by Karen and Mikael Vardanyans the officials toured about the park, familiarized themselves with the work done.
Mayor Marutyan expressed gratitude to the Vardanyans for the stunning gift given to Yerevan.

The Vardanyan family assumed the costs for the maintenance and protection of the park during 99 years. I hope that other businessmen who really love Yerevan will follow this example”, noted the Mayor.
