After eight months of development, Yerevan's new General  Plan is ready. The General Plan is being digitized in parallel, which implies ongoing changes.

Yerevan  Mayor Tigran Avinyan, who is in Paris with an official visit, visited "Wilmotte & Associes Architectes" company and had a meeting with the eminent French architect Jean-Michel  Wilmotte. Mr. Wilmotte recently visited Yerevan with a group of architects to familiarize himself with the areas of "Cascade" complex and Noragyux quarter.

A few months ago, Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan handed keys to new flats and certificates for flat purchase to approximately 40 families. The residents of the 10th dormitory building and building 10/1 at 4th lane Artsakh avenue, which have 4th level of emergency, now live in safe and comfortable conditions. The new flats have all modern conveniences.

Mayor Tigran Avinyan had a video discussion of the issues related to the General Plan of Yerevan with the founder and director of “OUTCOMIST” urban planning company (London, UK) Chris Choa.
