Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan was present at the opening of the charitable trade exposition organized by the diplomatic association ‘’Welcome to Armenia’’. The RA first lady was also present at the exposition.
Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan together with the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the RA Edward Nalbandyan, the Vice-President of the RA NA Hermineh Naghdalyan and other guests walked about and got acquainted with the exhibited goods, made purchases. The president of the diplomatic association ‘’Welcome to Armenia” Natalya Nalbandyan thanked the Mayor of Yerevan for the support.
In his conversation with the journalists Mayor Taron Margaryan attached importance to such initiatives as they play special role in Yerevan development, as well as an additional occasion to strengthen friendly relations.
30 organizations and 20 diplomatic representations take part in the trade exhibition organized in the foyer of the City Hall. The production of the companies led by women-entrepreneurs, dedicated to the Day of Maternity and Beauty and the creative works by women were exhibited in the fair. The whole profit as well as the money collected through donations will be directed at the repairing of Yerevan kindergartens N 71 and N 130, as well as will be given to a number of Syrian Armenian families.
