Programs Discussed During This Week’s Working Meeting
Approximately 250 bridges in Yerevan have been inventoried. Implemented for the first time by the Yerevan Municipality, this initiative has enabled the creation of a detailed "status passport" for every structure, encompassing its current condition. This data will serve as a roadmap for prioritizing reconstruction and major repairs based on structural risk and urgency. ***
Over the last three and a half years, Yerevan’s green zones have expanded by approximately 60 hectares, exceeding the total amount recorded over the previous 22 years. The city now maintains 910 hectares of green space, the highest level since the Soviet era. This milestone marks the full restoration of previously lost green areas.

Two additional platforms have already been launched within the GIS system and will be made accessible to residents in the near future.
The first platform features current urban development projects classified under the 4th risk level, displayed on a 3D map of Yerevan. It presents the precise positioning of buildings in 3D models, along with essential information on each project (regardless of its stage of construction). This platform will serve as a public source of information on both ongoing and planned urban development projects.
The second platform will present construction developers with major urban development investment proposals.
