During the initial phase, approximately 60% of the center’s staff positions have been filled. Approximately 70% of the work to review and align the route network and stops has been completed, 81 routes (64 bus, 5 trolleybus and 12 minibus routes) have been digitized. The “Wialon and Nimbus” systems are being used on a trial basis for monitoring, as a result the number of recorded cases of public transports skipping bus stops has decreased from 81 to 35. At the same time, 125 cases of route deviation were identified, several routes saw improved reliability, and 322 citizen complaints were reviewed. A cooperation agreement has been reached with “Yandex” to explore the integration of software solutions.
