Avetik Isahakyan, Mark Grigoryan, and Taron Muradyan Awarded the Title of “Honorary Citizens of Yerevan”
By decision of the Yerevan Council of Elders, literary critic, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor, and “Honored Art Worker” of the Republic of Armenia Avetik (Avik) Isahakyan, journalist, educator, and public and cultural figure Mark Grigoryan, as well as Armenian painter Taron Muradyan, have been awarded the title of “Honorary Citizen of Yerevan”.

By another decision of the City Council, Leningradyan Street has been renamed in honor of philanthropist Kirk Kerkorian.

The government will allocate a 30% advance payment to the Yerevan Municipality for the purchase of 45 new Yutong trolleybuses.
As part of the elevator renewal program, 104 new elevators will be installed with state funding.
Within the framework of the “Academic City” program, the municipal authorities will manage the process of property alienation. The City Council also approved this draft decision.
