During the special meeting called on October 11 and conducted by Mayor Taron Margaryan, on the vent of the 2799th anniversary of Yerevan foundation, the Council of Elders of Yerevan discussed and confirmed the draft decision on allotting flats with the right gratuitous use to the Arm SSR Artist, awardee of Movses Khorenatsi medal, of St Mesrop Mashtots order, of the order of Honour, the Honorary citizen of Yerevan Ruben Matevosyan.
by another decision of the Council, on the event of the 2799th anniversary of Yerevan, the flat with the right of gratuitous use will be allotted the actor of cinema and theater, the RA Distinguished Artist Rudolf Ghevondyan.
On the event of the 2799th anniversary of Yerevan the Council also discussed and confirmed the draft decision on allotting the flat with the right of gratuitous use to the leading soloist of National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet after A. Spendiaryan to the awardee of Movses Khorenatsi medal, the RA Distinguished Artist Sevak Avetisyan.
