At the initiative of the Yerevan Municipality, the “Artist to School” program took place in November–December 2025. As part of the initiative, People’s Artist of the Republic of Armenia and renowned painter Hrant Tadevosyan (Tatos) held a number of masterclasses at Yerevan’s music, art, and fine arts schools.
Approximately 300 students participated in the masterclasses at 20 municipal art schools. For two months, the young artists created works of art under the guidance of the distinguished artist. The best ones will be presented at a final exhibition to be held on March 16–18 at the Artists’ Union of Armenia.
Around 250 selected works have also been included in a specially published art book. The official book launch will take place on March 16 at 3:00 PM during the opening ceremony of the exhibition at the Artists’ Union of Armenia. 
The program aims to enhance cultural education, discover talented and gifted children, support their professional development, and foster new connections between artists and cultural education institutions. The next phase of the “Artist to School” program will take place in spring 2026.
