Within the framework of Yerevan Municipality’s annual program, Arin-Berd Street is undergoing a major renovation. Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan recently inspected the progress of the works. The street was in poor condition for decades, lacking even the most basic infrastructure. 
The project covers a 1.1-kilometer road section extending from the intersection of Arin-Berd Street and Artsakh Avenue to the intersection of Arin-Berd Street and 5th Lane.  
The project includes the overhaul of two bridge structures, the complete replacement of underground utilities beneath the roadway, including water supply, irrigation, and stormwater drainage systems, the relocation of above-ground gas pipelines, the modernization of the street lighting network, and underground ducting. In addition, retaining walls, parking bays, sidewalks, curb ramps, green spaces, and tree pits will be constructed.
The total cost of the project exceeds 948 million AMD. .
