The app allows citizens to report a problem from their location by leaving a text message and attaching a photo or video.
Applications are accepted in all languages, but it is important that Armenian applications be written in Armenian letters. The citizen is notified of the details of the solution to the problem and gets the opportunity to assess the work done afterwards.
