According to the relevant decisions of Yerevan Mayor, several buildings without appropriate permits are being demolished at several locations on Tychina Street in Ajapnyak administrative district.
In recent months, buildings with concrete foundations and stonework have been illegally erected on the community-owned plots. Two of the developers are unknown, and the rest have not stopped construction despite repeated warnings that it was started illegally, with violation of safety norms.
There will be no illegal buildings or occupied territories in Yerevan: this is an important principle that the Municipality is guided by.
