To prevent pollution in the Hrazdan River and Lake Yerevan, the Yerevan Municipality installed two waste-interception nets last year. The systems were placed along sections of the riverbed in the Arabkir and Shengavit administrative districts.
The Municipality allocated 120 million AMD for the project.
